About Unsaid
We build one thing: a way for your words to arrive after you cannot say them yourself.
Why this exists
Most of what matters is said too late, or not at all. Unsaid is a place to leave the letter you keep meaning to write, and a mechanism that delivers it only when it is true to do so.
We deliberately do not do anything else. No generated words. No synthetic voices. No model writing in your style. If it is not yours, it does not belong here.
What we promise, and what we do not
- Your words are never read by staff. Messages are sealed with a key held only by the delivery engine, which has no public route.
- Silence never delivers. A trustee who stops answering triggers notifications and a manual review, never a delivery.
- You can always cancel. Every delivery waits 72 hours, and one sign-in stops it.
- We are not end-to-end encrypted. Unsaid holds the key. That is what makes delivery to an ordinary inbox possible, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- We cannot confirm anything ourselves. Your trustees confirm, our team reviews the documents, and we wait. We are not a court and not a medical examiner.
Who it is for
Parents with young children. People with a diagnosis and a clear head. Anyone who has ever drafted a message they never sent. You do not need to be ill to use Unsaid; you only need something worth saying later.
